Small and large series of individually manufactured products and instruments in the three-axis processing centre.
PRODUCTION OF METAL CONSTRUCTIONS AND ASSEMBLY WORK
Assembly of individual steel constructions manufactured according to customer specifications in small and large series.
WELDING WORK
Production of small and large series products by means of spot welding. Individually manufactured products using gas welding, CO and AWI welding procedures.
SURFACE TREATMENT OF METALS
We offer galvanisation of small metal products in the colours blue, yellow and black, as well as nickel plating and chemical pre-treatment prior to colouring.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Injection molding capacity in small and large series with the client's tools or our own.

ABOUT US
ZA-SA Kft. (Ltd. under Hungarian law) was founded in 1999 as a company of private individuals. Including its legal predecessors, the company has been involved in the manufacture of various industrial products and parts for more than 40 years. The company operates in two locations, with a workforce of 25-30 people currently. The company is run by qualified engineers and
economists who are also shareholders in the Limited (Kft.).
The production structure of ZA-SA Kft. is basically founded on three pillars. One pillar is the production of our own, independent products which the company can directly participate in the trading of. The second branch of our production is the various supplies for Hungarian and foreign multinational companies. The third pillar of our activities is providing various industrial services: contract galvanizing, manual assembly work, deburring of components, and on-site woodworking services.
Our company has many years of experience manufacturing mass-produced metal goods. In this context, we manufacture fittings for doors and windows in many sizes and shapes. Our products also include furniture fittings, industrial wire brushes, curtain rails and their mounting hardware/curtain clips, curtain rollers, slide rails/mirror mounting fittings, door locks, threshold bars, and other small, mass-produced metal products. We have our own galvanizing plant, in which we ensure the aesthetic appearance of our products through surface treatment using zinc and nickel technology.
